Jennifer Israel started The Fractional Force, LLC in 2024 after over 20 years in business and healthcare management. Her career began as a Health Unit Coordinator and Executive Secretary at a Continuing Care Retirement Community.
Her responsibilities and education grew throughout those 20 years as she obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership. Jennifer spent most of her career leading medical practices owned by Hospital systems.
In recent years, she has managed a very successful private practice with 3 locations and close to 100 employees. Jennifer resides in Western North Carolina with her husband and two children and spends as much time traveling as a busy life will allow.
